Using Search in Wrike

Use the search box in Wrike to find tasks, folders, projects, spaces, comments in tasks, request forms, reports, files, or other account members. The Wrike search box allows advanced users to use commands to filter search results quickly. This article provides tips & tricks to help you become a Wrike search expert.

How to Search

  1. To search for anything in Wrike, click in the upper right corner of the Wrike window in the search field.
  1. Type in the item you are seeking a course code, for example.
  2. You can click a result to go to the task or a found item or click 'Show more' to see more results.
  3. Press Enter on your keyboard to see a complete list of results.

Tips & Tricks

  • In the list that appears when you enter a search term, right-click an item in the drop-down to copy a hyperlink to it or open it in a separate tab.
  • Click a file (from search results) to open it. The name of the task, folder, or project where the item is attached is listed at the top of the window for locally stored files.
