Jason Carroll Updated by Jason Carroll

Overview

This article is intended for Wrike user group managers and users who are designated in a single-resource role. Visit Wrike for an overview on User Groups in Wrike.

Wrike allows you to temporarily add others to a role group in Wrike if the main person in that role is OOO for a prolonged period of time. Use this feature to ensure that @ mentions to that role can be caught by someone covering for that role temporarily. The following article provides instructions on how to set OOO coverage for roles.

How long of OOO is worth setting coverage for? As a general rule, set coverage for a user who is out for at least one week. This length may vary by team policy.
