General Overview of Downloadables Process

This overview article outlines the three phases of the downloadables process. Pay close attention to the satellite icons  indicating the role responsible for a given step.

Note: The Wrike tasks noted in this workflow are based on the Wrike 2.0 template.

Phase 1: Design and Revise

For this phase, you will be working in Wrike bucket 1. Non-Video Assets, tasks 6. CSG - Downloadable & Interactive Styling and 7. CSG - Styled Assets Review / Finalization

Note: These review “rounds” are a suggested workflow and not set in stone; however, be mindful that any edits made in InCopy will have to be integrated in InDesign by the graphic designer on your course. To optimize efficiency, you should make all edits from a review before requesting additional exports.

Phase 2: Course Reviews

For this phase, you will be working in Wrike bucket 3. Review, tasks 4. Creative Export and 7. Creative Export

Phase 3: Copy Edits

For this phase, you will be working in Wrike bucket 4. QA, task 4. Final Creative Review Export.
