FeedbackFruits Implementation

  9. Save the entire assignment page.
  10. You can now edit the FeedbackFruits content from the assignment page.

Boilerplate Text for FeedbackFruits and AA Facilitator Notes

Once FeedbackFruits is set up in your master course, its settings and boilerplate text should copy to the course sections automatically. However, as each course has different dates, the dates for each phase need to be manually set up by facilitators. Specifically, facilitators need to go in and select the calendar date of each phase in the FF settings.

To prevent issues during implementation, save a copy of your written directions as a public boilerplate text document (Example: AAP105 Expression Showcase Boilerplate language). This ensures that if a facilitator accidentally removes these instructions, they are saved for the future. Keep this document updated as your course goes through revisions.

In AA Facilitator Notes, fully document the setup of FeedbackFruits for the course. Document each selected setting for each step of the setup process and any action they will need to take on each new section. Here is an example of the level of documentation needed, taken from the AAP105 AA Facilitator Notes page:
